Can I track my order?

  • Your order will be packaged and sent out as soon as possible. As soon as it has been picked up by the freight company we will activate your parcel number, after which you will receive another email that includes the tracking link. It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking link to be activated. If you do not receive a tracking link, please contact us at hello@unme-t.com
  • UNME-T will not be responsible for delivery errors caused when the delivery address entered by the User in the order form does not correspond to reality or when some information has been omitted.

*During collection launches, Black Friday Week and Christmas due to high demand concentrated in a few days, it is possible that shipments may suffer some delays.

 

International Delivery 

  • Some deliveries may incur a customs or import duty charge. We are not responsible for these charges nor can we advise about them, it depends on your own countries regulations & compliances. For more information please contact your local customs office. If you refuse to pay the duty or tax once the parcel arrives it will be returned to the sender. The money paid for the product and delivery costs is non-refundable.

 

What happens if my package or my products arrive damaged?

  • If you think your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to hello@unme.t.com with your order number, photographs and a description detailing the issue. As soon as we have received the pictures and description, we will process your request.
